Expert Qualifications
This well-qualified expert received her BS in deaf studies and her MA in teaching early childhood special education from Towson University. She is a certified standard professional in generic special education infant-3rd grade and in early childhood education. Formerly, she served as a special needs counselor at Emunah at the Suffolk Y JCC, an intern at the Maryland School for the Deaf, and American Sign Language instructor at The Centralized Interpreting Referral Service. She spent time in the Baltimore County Public School system where she served as an early intervention assistant and as a special education teacher. Additionally, this expert served as a childhood program director and assistant director of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore. She currently serves as a special education teacher at The Gateway School and director of early childhood education at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore.
