Formerly, this expert served as a Professor of Economics at the University of St. Thomas, as the Director of Policy Analysis at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, and as an Economist for Northwestern Bell Telephone Company, Star Tribune Media Company, LLC, and Minnegasco.
