Expert Qualifications
This expert received his BSCE from Ohio State University and his BSGS from Kent State University. He's a member of various organizations in his field including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Wetlands Conservancy, and the Society for Ecological Restoration. He formerly held a role as a hydraulic engineer at the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He was also a storm drainage engineer for the City of Gresham and water resource program manager at the Clean Water Services of Washington County. He was also formerly the owner of Water Resource Management and a senior engineer at Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. His other roles over the course of his career have included the title of ecosystem restoration engineer at ICF International, senior program manager at AECOM, and senior ecological restoration engineer at Henderson Environmental Design-Build Professionals. Currently, he is the principal of a wetland mitigation firm and owner of a natural resources engineering company in Oregon.
