Expert Qualifications
Dr. David J. Sterna has 36 years of experience in the field of Optometry. He earned his BA from The College of Wooster and his OD from Ohio State University. Today, he is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist in Ohio and is a board-certified Optometrist. In 1985, he started as a Solo Private Practitioner and then in 2005 he became the Owner and Medical Optometrist at David J. Sterna, OD & Associates, LLC. He has also served as an Associate Medical Optometrist at Cleveland Eye Clinic and Retina Specialists of Ohio. Currently, he serves as Director of Vision Services at Lorain County Health & Dentistry.
