Mr. David R. Atkins has 40 years of experience in Accidents and Safety with expertise in Safety and Industrial Health, Safety and Quality Audits, Welding and Joining, and Non-Destructive and Laboratory Testing. He earned his AAS in Drafting and Design Technology from the College of DuPage, his BS in Drafting and Design Technology and Industrial Technology, and his MS in Engineering Technology and Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University. Today, this expert is certified as a Welding Inspector by the American Welding Society. Formerly, this expert served as a Staff Consultant and Senior Technologist of Safety and Human Factors and Materials at Packer Engineering, Inc. Currently, this expert is the President and Staff at Unified Engineering LP.
