Expert Qualifications
This qualified expert is board certified in general surgery with an added qualification in hand surgery. She earned her BA at Moorhead State University, MA at the University of South Dakota, and MD at the Sanford School of Medicine. This was followed by a general surgery residency at Maricopa Medical Center, and a hand/upper extremity surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia. She is active in her field as a member of professional organizations including the Texas Medical Association, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Medical Association. This expert has previously served as a surgeon at a private practice clinic called Excelsior Orthopaedics as well as a clinical affiliate University of Buffalo Department of Orthopaedics; currently, she is an attending surgeon at a local academic medical institution.
