Expert Qualifications
This expert has been a property manager for about 40 years, and she currently manages a portfolio of fourteen common interest communities and two apartment communities for a total of just over 1,400 units. She is a Certified Property Manager and Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been actively involved in the organization throughout her career. She was also the President of her local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Property Management. Currently, she is the Regional Vice President for a real estate management company based in California, in this role she is responsible for the marketing and operations of the Las Vegas regional office.
