Expert Qualifications
This expert earned her BS in public relations from Illinois State University, and her MEd in human resources development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds certification as a senior professional in human resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and earned the senior certified professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. She began her human resources career as a senior training specialist with Residential Mortgage Specialist, and went on to serve as a HR business partner at AIG and a HR manager at Simplex Inc. She also served as the North American HR Director for Henry Group Industries, and an adjunct faculty member at Robert Morris University. Currently, this expert serves as a human resources instructor at a university in Illinois, as well as the president & CEO of her own human resources consulting firm.
