He received his BA in economics from the University of Chicago, where he also earned his MBA in finance and accounting and his PhD in business economics. This expert is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Economics Association. He has formerly served as the principal for Chicago Partners, managing principal for the Analysis Group, and chief economist for the New York State Attorney General's Office.
