Expert Qualifications
Dr. Edgar O. Vyhmeister has 43 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BA in Germanic Language and Literature from La Sierra University and his MD from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. After completing an internship in General Surgery at the Adventist Health White Memorial, he went on to complete a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the Loma Linda University Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Moreover, he is certified in Radiography and Fluoroscopy through the California Department of Public Health. Formerly, this expert served as an Instructor of Orthopedic Surgery for the Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group and as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Private Practice. He also served as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Enloe Medical Center.
