Expert Qualifications
This registered Professional Electrical Engineer and Professional Control Systems Engineer earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He holds more than 25 US patents and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as well as the National Fire Protection Association. For a number of years he served as the Chief Engineer at the Tyco Corporation, developing heat tracing technologies. Since 2008, he has operated an independent San Francisco Bay Area consultancy specializing in electrical and mechanical engineering.
