Expert Qualifications
This board certified expert has been practicing for nearly 20 years. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of California, San Francisco prior to completing a fellowship as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar, a highly selective postresidency program where physicians learn to conduct innovative research and work with communities, organizations, practitioners, and policy makers on issues important to the health and well-being of all Americans. A member of a number of distinguished family medicine and primary care organizations, he sits on the Editorial Board for the "Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine" and has been extensively published in journals such as "Annals of Family Medicine" and the "Journal of General Internal Medicine". Currently, this expert is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at a major medical university.
