Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his BA in political science and international studies at West Virginia University and his BS in early childhood special education and MEd at the University of Maryland. He is certified in administration by the West Virginia Department of Education. Formerly, this expert served as an early childhood special education coordinator at the Science Applications International Corporation and as an adjunct faculty member in ESL at Howard County Community College. He also served as a special education teacher and instructional team leader at Howard County Public Schools and in resources and special education placement at Baltimore County Public Schools where he also served as an educational specialist in special education monitoring and compliance. Currently, this expert serves as a coordinator in special education placements in a public school system in Maryland.
