Expert Qualifications
This double board certified, actively practicing Gastroenterology expert completed two fellowships in Gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy. He is a member of numerous professional societies including the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He has won many awards throughout his career including seven teaching awards for excellence in the education of junior medical students. He is a top reviewer for the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed journal articles and authored 9 book chapters. He is currently an attending physician at a university affiliated hospital and Professor of Medicine at an Indiana based hospital.
