He has over 30 years of experience at some of the most prestigious clinical and academic positions in the country. He is board certified in both anatomical and clinical pathology with an emphasis on gynecological pathology. He was a former professor and attending pathologist at USC medical school and Yale University Medical school as well as the associate director of the Pathology and Immunohistochemical lab at USC. He then moved on to the be director of both the gynecologic pathology department and director of the gynecologic fellowship program at Yale. He is currently a tenured full professor of pathology and gynecology, the director of the gynecological pathology program, and attending pathologist at a major university medical center, as well as the co-director of the tissue acquisition and cellular/molecular analysis shared service at a major cancer treatment center where he has published a plethora of peer reviewed journal articles, a book and many book chapters, and abstracts on the various topics in the field of gynecologic pathology and gynecologic oncology.
