Expert Qualifications
This highly accomplished expert has over 25 years of experience in his field. He received his BS in engineering and his MS in navigation from the École National Supérieure Maritime in France. He is both a licensed captain and engineer with extensive experience in crew injuries investigations, forensic engineering, vessel repairs, and the Jones Act. Formerly this expert served as a polyvalent officer for both Brittany Ferries and The Cousteau Society as well as the lead project manager of vessel construction for Saupiquet in France. Prior to his current role, he worked as the director of engineering for Tri-Marine International where he was tasked with continually assessing, maintaining, and improving the fleet's technical capabilities. Currently, this expert is the fleet director of a global commercial fishing firm in Washington.
