Formerly, he was the medical director of emergency medicine at both the Medical Center of Ocean County and Nazareth Hospital. He is also the former chief of the emergency medicine clinical service at Hahnemann University and a former assistant director of continuing quality improvement at Thomas Jefferson University's emergency medicine department.
