This highly qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in insurance claims and risk management. He earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University and his M.A. from the College of William & Mary. The expert holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation, as well as specialty designations from the American Insurance Institute in Risk Management. He was most recently the Vice President of Risk Management Resources for Berkley Life Sciences and now runs his own good/bad faith consulting firm.
