She teaches you how to release unwanted and stuck emotions and patterns through powerful mind-body healing techniques and based on concepts of energy psychology, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic reprogramming ("NLP") and emotional freedom technique (EFT Tapping). She's also a certified and licensed Holistic Massage Practitioner. She offers a holistic and customized approach to mental health and well-being.
