Expert Qualifications
This expert has over a decade of experience in the field of oculoplastic surgery. He earned his BS from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his MD from The Chicago Medical School. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center and a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at West Virginia University. He is board certified in ophthalmology and certified in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Plastic Surgery. He previously served as an attending ophthalmologist at Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, as a Clinical Instructor of oculoplastic surgery at West Virginia University and as an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon at North Anaheim Surgery Center. This expert is currently an attending ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon and an Associate Professor of ophthalmology at a medical school in California. He is also an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon at three private practices and six hospitals in southern California.
