Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 40 years of experience in the retail space. He holds a BS and an MS in psychology from Chicago State University and a PhD in industrial psychology and marketing from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a member of the National Retail Federation, and he routinely speaks at retail meetings and has published several books. In the past, he has served as the national sales training manager for Levi Strauss and as the executive vice president of Gilmore's Department Stores. Currently, he is the founder and president of a retail consulting firm in Illinois.
