Expert Qualifications
This qualified expert has over a decade of experience in the field of professional counseling. She earned her BA in psychology at Texas State University before going on to earn her MA in counseling psychology from Argosy University. Today, this expert is a licensed professional counselor and has worked in a variety of settings, including community-based organizations, hospital settings, as well as forensic/correctional settings. Among her former roles, she worked as a mental health counselor at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, as a mental health professional at Lifenet Community Behavioral Healthcare, and as an LPC at Sereneco Wellness Center. Most recently, this expert was a clinical assessment specialist with the Dallas County Adult Probation Office and a psychological assessor at Parkland Hospital/ Dallas Correctional Healthcare. Currently, she is an LPC and the director of clinical/legal oversight at a private counseling practice in Texas.
