Dr. John C. Wallingford has 36 years of experience in Food and Nutrition. He earned his BA in Chemistry from the University of Washington, his MS in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Metabolism and Human Nutrition from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then went on to complete a research fellowship at the National Institute Of Mental Health. Formerly, this expert served as the Director of Nutritional Special Projects and the Vice President of Regulatory, Government, and Scientific Affairs at Wyeth Nutrition, and as the Vice President of Scientific Affairs at Pfizer Nutrition. Currently, this expert is the Principal at Nutrispectives, LLC.
