He is a certified legal principle claim specialist and a member of several professional associations, such as the Council on Litigation Management and the American Institute of Insurance Studies. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, such as the litigation manager at Industrial Indemnity and Specialty Risk Services and as the senior director at JPJ Reinsurance Company. In addition, he serves as the chief executive officer and president at Plexi, Inc and Strategic Captive Services, Inc. Currently, he serves as the principal at a risk and liability insurance firm in California, where he provides business and municipalities liability program management services, including analysis of current risk exposures involving labor code, safety, and regulatory exposures, litigation management, and workers’ compensation analysis and consultant services.
