Expert Qualifications
This expert in building codes and compliance has over 30 years of experience in his field. He earned his AA in civil engineering from the University of Hawaii, his BS in civil engineering from Hamilton University, and his MS in building and construction management from Columbus University. This expert is a Certified Building Inspector and a Certified Construction Inspector, and he remains active in his field as a member of organizations such as the International Code Council, the Construction Specifications Institute, and the Hawaii Building Association. He formerly served as Senior Vice President at the Central Pacific Development Corporation. This expert currently serves as the Principal Consultant at a building inspection company located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
