Expert Qualifications
Mr. Lance R. Foster has over 50 years of experience in the field of Law Enforcement and Security. He earned his BS in Law Enforcement from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his M.Ed in Educational Administration from the University of Tampa. Today, this expert is a Certified Security Consultant by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants. Formerly, this expert served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force, as a Deputy Sheriff at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He was also the Vice President of Security and Corporate Security Manager at the Florida Federal Savings Bank. Since 1991, he has served as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Security Associates, Inc, a private Security Consultancy.
