Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert is board certified in orthopedic surgery. She received her BA and her MD from Georgetown University. She then completed her residency in orthopedic surgery at Columbia University Medical Center, her fellowship in sports medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and an additional fellowship in pediatric sports medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. She is an active member of her professional field belonging to the American Association of Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine, and Arthroscopy Association of North America. She holds a number of current roles at a prestigious Ivy League medical center in New York where she currently serves as the associate fellowship director of pediatric orthopedics, assistant professor of orthopedic surgery, and as an attending physician of both orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.
