Expert Qualifications
This expert been retained as an expert in more than one hundred (100) cases and has been qualified and testified at several civil trials in state and federal courts. This expert most frequently has been retained on cases regarding use of force, false arrest, police pursuits/emergency vehicle response but has also been retained in several other areas. He has conducted several Sensitive Internal Investigations as an independent investigator for numerous municipalities and other entities regarding allegations of Police Misconduct. He also serves as an assessor for the Commission for the Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and have conducted assessments of over thirty (30) law enforcement agencies throughout the United States, including reviewing agency policies, practices and training.
