Expert Qualifications
Dr. Lawrence S. Mayer has 52 years of experience in the fields of Psychiatric Epidemiology and Statistics. He earned his BS in Psychology and Pre-Medicine, his MS in Mathematics, and his Ph.D. in Mathematics and Statistics from The Ohio State University. He also obtained his MBBS from the GKT School of Medical Education. Today, this expert is certified as a Private Pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration. Formerly, he served as a Scholar in Residence in the Department of Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, as a Member of the Research Staff at Mayo Clinic Arizona, and as a Consultant in Psychiatric Epidemiology at Banner Alzheimer's Institute. He currently serves as a Research Fellow in the Program in Integrative Knowledge and Human Flourishing at Harvard University and as a Courtesy Affiliate at Arizona State University. He is also a Self Employed Independent Scholar and Consultant.
