Expert Qualifications
This well-qualified expert received her MBBS from Mumbai University before moving to the U.S. to complete her medical training. She completed a residency in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai and a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is board certified in psychiatry and in forensic psychiatry and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She formerly served as a clinical research fellow at Cleveland Clinic Florida and as an attending psychiatrist and as the director of forensic sciences at Icahn School of Medicine's Elmhurst Hospital Center. This expert currently serves as a forensic psychiatrist at a psychiatric hospital in New Jersey and as a clinical instructor of psychiatry at a prominent medical school in New York.
