Expert Qualifications
This highly-qualified expert has over 25 years of experience as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty certification in hand surgery. He earned his BS in chemistry and his MD from Northwestern University before completing an orthopedic surgery residency at the same institution. He then went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Harvard University. He is active in his field as a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Formerly, this expert was a consultant hand surgeon for Northwestern University Athletics, an associate professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at Northwestern University, and the chief of hand and upper extremity surgery with Northshore University Healthsystem. He is currently the residency program site director and a professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at a prestigious medical school in Chicago as well as a senior attending orthopedic surgeon at five hospitals in Illinois.
