Expert Qualifications
This expert received her BA at Governors State University and her MA in public affairs with a concentration in health services administration at Indiana University. She is a certified residential care for the elderly (RCFE) administrator in California. For the past 7 years, she has been the program director for an adult day healthcare program in southern California. Her responsibilities include implementing all policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
