Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert has 20 years of experience in forensic science and DNA analysis. She received her BS in biology from the University of Miami and her MS in pharmacy with a concentration in forensic serology and DNA from the University of Florida. She formerly served as a scientist of microbiology at Dade Behring International before moving to roles within the Miami-Dade Police Department where she served as a Criminalist I and II. She also was a senior product application specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Currently, this expert is a senior forensic biologist at a university-affiliated national forensic science center in Florida. In her current role, she is responsible for providing DNA training to crime lab analysts both nationally and internationally.
