Dr. Manuel L. Saint Martin has 30 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry and Law. He earned his MD from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo and his JD from Southwestern Law School. After completing an Internship and Residency in General Surgery at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he went on to complete a Residency in Psychiatry at LAC+USC Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been admitted to the State Bar of California, New York, and New Jersey. Formerly, this expert served as a Part-Time Adjunct Associate Professor at the York College City University of New York. He currently serves as a Lawyer at Saint Martin & Fan and as a Private Practice Psychiatrist, specializing in Forensic Psychiatry. He also serves as the Medical Director of the Physician Assistant Program at York College City University.
