Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 40 years of experience in maritime safety. He earned his BS in nautical science at the maine maritime academy, and has completed a number of advanced maritime safety training courses. He holds several licenses and certifications, including one as a Management and Vessel Responsible Carrier Program Auditor. He previously spent over 20 years as a master aboard numerous ocean vessels working worldwide, and then served as the principle surveyor at PRO-MAR, Inc. For the last ten years he has owned a RI marine safety consultancy.
