Dr. Mark A. Perazella has 28 years of experience in the field of Nephrology. He earned his BA from the University of Connecticut, his MS in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut, and his MD from New York Medical College. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Mary's Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Nephrology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Nephrology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program at Saint Mary's Hospital and as the Director of the Renal Fellowship Program at Yale School of Medicine. Currently, he serves as a Professor in the Department of Medicine (Nephrology) and as the Medical Director of the Yale Physician Associate Program at Yale School of Medicine. He also serves as the Director of Acute Dialysis Services at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
