Expert Qualifications
This expert has 35 years of experience in areas of environmental health, toxicology, and human health risk assessment. He earned his BS in pharmacy at Long Island University, followed by his MS in toxicology at St. John's University and his DrPH in environmental health sciences at Columbia University. This expert is a licensed pharmacist in New York, as well as a diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology and an active member of the Society of Toxicology. Previously, this expert served as a clinical toxicologist at the New York City Poison Control Center and as a senior toxicologist and a regional risk assessment coordinator at the Office of the Regional Administrator for EPA - Region 2. He has served on numerous EPA National Work Groups including metals, asbestos, chemical mixtures, and PCBs. Currently, he is a senior managing health scientist at a scientific consulting firm in New York
