Expert Qualifications
Ms. Melissa L. Flores has 24 years of experience in Civil Rights, Human Resources, and Administrative Law. She earned her BA in English from Brigham Young University and her JD in Law from J. Reuben Clark Law School. She is currently an Active Member of the Bar in Arizona and Utah. The expert previously served as the Chief Civil Rights Officer/Compliance Officer at Canyons School District, the Chief Legal Counsel at Westminster College, and as the Chief Legal Officer at Salt Lake Community College. Currently, she is the Senior Associate General Counsel for Legal Services at Maricopa County Community College District and the Chief Legal Officer at HEC Partners.
