She is a member of the NCAA Research Review Board and previously served as the Senior Associate Director of athletics and administration at Eastern Michigan University. In this capacity, she served as a university Title IX Deputy and supervised 11 sports, managed NCAA and Title IX compliance, student-athlete academic support and student conduct. She is currently a Title IX coordinator at a university in Michigan where she oversees all investigations and adjudications of Title IX complaints against students, faculty and staff.
