Expert Qualifications
Dr. Michael J. Ellenbecker has over 42 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Hygiene. He earned his BEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He then did his MS and his Sc.D. in Environmental Health Sciences from the Harvard University. Today, this expert is board certified in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Acting Director and the Deputy Director of the Toxics Use Reduction Institute at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and as an Associate Professor at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Currently, he works as a Professor Emeritus of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
