Expert Qualifications
This highly-qualified expert has nearly 40 years of clinical experience as a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He earned his DDS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MD at Northwestern University medical school. He went on to complete his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and a residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine. Formerly, this expert served as medical director of the cleft lip and palate team at Carle Clinic and New Hanover Regional Medical Center where he also served as chairman of oral and maxillofacial surgery and medical director of maxillofacial surgery. Currently, this expert serves as an attending physician at a regional hospital in North Carolina as well as an adjunct professor of surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery at a renowned medical school.
