This highly qualified hospitality management expert has over 30 years of experience in his field. He earned his BS in business administration from Ohio State University, MBA from Southern Illinois University, and his PhD in international business from Barry University. In addition, he is a member of the National Restaurant Association and is a certified hospitality senior trainer. Formerly, he has held several roles through the industry including being a resort general manager for Hilton Hotels and Intercontinental Hotel Group as well as being CEO of Hospitality Futureworks and served as an international instructor, trainer, and consultant. He currently works as a consultant providing hospitality workshops to various hotels, restaurants, and universities worldwide and is a professor of hospitality management at a university in FL.
