Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his BA in sociology from the University of Kansas and MA in political science and urban policy from the City University of New York. He previously served as an investigator for the NYC Department of Probation and as a special agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration where he conducted criminal, financial and regulatory investigations against individuals and organizations that were suspected of violating the Controlled Substances Act. He also served as a group supervisor of the tactical diversion squad where he managed and led daily activities of criminal investigators, diversion investigators and state/local police officers investigating alleged administrative, criminal or civil violations of the CSA. Currently, he is the unit chief of pharmaceutical investigations of a federal US agency.
