Expert Qualifications
This highly-qualified expert has more than 30 years of experience in computer science, particularly biometrics and cybersecurity. He earned his BS in chemical engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India before completing his MS and PhD in computer science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This expert is active in his field as a member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He the author of more than 300 peer-reviewed publications and is the recipient of 18 patents. Formerly, he served as an assistant professor at Arkansas State University and as an associate professor at Northern Illinois University. In addition, he served as an associate professor at New York University, where he was also the head of the computer science and engineering department. Currently, this expert is a professor of computer science and the vice dean of student affairs for the school of engineering at a top university in New York.
