Expert Qualifications
This expert has been active in the mortgage and banking industries since 1991. In 1994 he founded his own mortgage firm, working in many aspects of the business, including, but, not limited to, loan origination, processing, underwriting, sales coaching, corporate training, and compliance and procedure managing. He is a member of NAMB, The Association of Mortgage Professionals and has served as the Chairman of NAMB National, the largest gathering of mortgage originators in the United States. Being one of only three Certified Residential Mortgage Specialists (CRMS) in the State of Utah makes him one of the most educated and tested professionals in the state and country. He has also earned his Lending Integrity Seal of Approval for his pledge to adhere to a strict code of ethics, best business practices, and an ethics grievance review process. He was recently appointed President of the Utah Association of Mortgage Professionals, working with state and national legislators in changing the ways in which both the mortgage and real estate industries are regulated.
