Expert Qualifications
This expert is a certified case manager, life planner, and disability management specialist. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She was a former disability consultant for Cade and Manning Disability Consultants and MKC Medical Management Services. At both companies she conducted life care planning practices and completed comprehensive assessments, data analysis, and research which provided organized, concise plans for current and future needs associated with catastrophic injuries or chronic health conditions. She was also a post acute case manager at Shepherd Center Hospital and the inpatient case manager at AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital. She is currently a case manager and life planner for a rehabilitation center in Georgia. There, she creates life plans for patients and establishes continuity of care for physicians, home health needs, housing needs, equipment needs, and transportation needs.
