Expert Qualifications
This esteemed expert is the co-director of a kidney research center and a professor of medicine at a prominent Los Angeles medical school. A native of Italy, he received his medical degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Bari and completed his internship, residency and fellowship in nephrology at the Policlinico in Bari. He relocated to California to pursue a fellowship in hypertension at the USC (Keck) School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology, and a specialist on hypertension. He is also a national and international member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Hypertension. Currently is Co-DIrector of a premier california medical school
