He earned his BS in business management at Ateneo de Manila University and is a certified scrum master. He has formerly served as a portfolio officer at Bankard, Inc, a business analyst at CitiBank and a senior business analyst at Frost Bank. In addition, he has formerly served several roles at USAA, including senior business analyst, IT systems analyst, project manager, and development product owner. In these roles, he has served as a subject matter expert for debit card and charge card domain by all major international brands such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. In addition, he has specific experience working on transaction processing, authorizations, settlement and clearing, and disputes and chargeback in the MasterCard network. This expert currently serves as a solutions architect for card payments at a federal credit union in Texas.
