Expert Qualifications
This expert is the only subspecialty fellowship-trained laryngologist in the region serving patients in North Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas. He received his BS in biology from Georgia State University and his MD from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed fellowships in airway reconstruction from the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital and in laryngology from Georgia Health Science University. He is board certified in otolaryngology and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Head and Neck Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He is currently an otolaryngology associate professor and the director of the Center for Voice, Airway and Swallowing at a health system in Lousiana.
