Expert Qualifications
This board certified expert has been practicing for over 15 years. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at Stanford University as well as a research fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles that have appeared in journals such as the "Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery" and the "Annals of Thoracic Surgery", while he serves as a reviewer for the "World Journal for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease", among others. He holds membership in the Council on Cardiovascular Surgery and Anesthesia of the American Heart Association, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, and the Western Thoracic Surgical Association, and he has been presented at conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Thoracic Surgery and the Scientific Sessions of the American Heart Association. Currently, this expert is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at a major medical university, as well as the Director of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at a major children's hospital.
